Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Company: Even Healthcare

Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday included)

Shifts: Rotational shifts

Week Offs: Rotational week offs

Function: Sales (Online & Inside Sales)

Type: Full-time, WFO.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join

our inside sales team in Ahmedabad. You will play a critical role in driving online and inside

sales, converting leads, and delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced,

target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 125+ outbound calls daily to potential customers.
  • Achieve 50+ connected calls and maintain 3+ hours of daily talk time.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up via phone, email, and chat.
  • Explain Even's healthcare membership plans clearly and persuasively.
  • Convert leads to paying customers and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and status updates in the CRM.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 13 years of experience in inside sales or online sales (healthcare/insurance experience is a plus).
  • Freshers who are passionate about sales and want to start a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced work culture.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, with rotational week offs, and Saturday & Sunday as working days.
