Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Business Development Manager for our Kozhikode office. The role involves calling prospective clients, presenting projects, arranging and handling site visits, follow-ups, closing sales, building client relationships, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Handle client enquiries and follow-ups
• Arrange and assist with site visits
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and support sales closures
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
• Coordinate with the sales and management team
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
