Designation:Business Development- Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development- Assistant Manager to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & maintain list of customers in market segments and select key target accounts for sales / market actions.
  • Interacting with Defense and Aerospace customers on regular basis for developmental projects and address the customer's needs and desires for solutions during design and engineering stages.
  • Liaise with client for his requirement, analyze his requirement and develop order strategy Review, discuss, correct and put up competitive technical and commercial quotations Ensuring healthy relationship with Services, Space organization PSUs and other Government bodies.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the overall company objectives. This includes market analysis, Customer development, and sales goals.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Adjust strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Gather intelligence on competitor activity and give feedback to marketing.
  • Build company profile and brand image in the market through customer visits, presentations, exhibitions, tradeshows and business meets. Participate in defense & aerospace seminars and exhibitions.
  • Acts as a strategic partner for customers to understand customer needs and deliver through Cross functional teams.
  • Interact with design/technical team on the new technologies/requirement of the customer for technology/process up gradation.
  • Support the proposal activities for new programs, or new contracts by providing applicable material cost inputs.
  • Recommend policy initiatives, new product/partnership arrangements & innovative approaches keeping in mind the market opportunities, practices & competition to strengthen company leadership position
