Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth in Aroma Chemicals for flavors and fragrances sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of Aroma Chemicals.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
