Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in Aroma Chemicals for flavors and fragrances sector.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of Aroma Chemicals.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
