Role Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development and Sales Specialist with 3-6 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone with prior B2B sales experience and an active network of decision-makers, such as Marketing Heads, Business Owners, and Directors within manufacturing and automation companies.

This is a full-time position for a Business Development and Sales Specialist located on-site in Pune City. The role involves identifying prospective clients through lead generation and market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales efforts to help achieve business growth. The specialist will work closely with the owners to identify opportunities, engage with clients, and contribute to company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities with proactive outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Understand client requirements and present relevant marketing solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
  • Strong network within manufacturing, automation, engineering, or industrial sectors (highly preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify business opportunities
  • Effective Communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration
  • Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proficiency with CRM tools or similar systems is a plus
