Compensation
- ₹20,000 fixed base per month for the first 6 months
- 10% commission per deal won
- After 6 months: fixed base per month can be increased, based on:

- Deal quality and closure rate
- Ownership of the sales pipeline
- Consistency in lead generation and follow-ups
Role Overview
AI Automation Labs is hiring a hands-on Business Development & Sales Executive who will own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
This is not an inbound-only role. You will be responsible for generating leads independently using cold email and WhatsApp outreach, while also converting paid inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
You will sell AI automation solutions, including AI agents, WhatsApp automation, CRM systems, and end-to-end business workflows, to SMB and mid-market companies across India.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads independently using:
- Cold email outreach
- WhatsApp outreach
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists for SMB and mid-market companies
- Create and optimize outreach messaging for email and WhatsApp
- Use tools such as:
- Instantly, Lemlist, Google Workspace
- WhatsApp Cloud API, AiSensy, Green API, or equivalent platforms
Sales & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads generated through paid digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls
- Understand client pain points and recommend suitable AI automation solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and scopes of work in coordination with the delivery team
- Close deals and manage smooth handover to delivery
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
- Own a monthly revenue target of ₹5,00,000 - ₹10,00,000
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date sales pipeline
- Track outreach activity, meetings, closures, and revenue
- Drive repeat business, upsells, and referrals
Required Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or agency sales
- Hands-on experience with cold email and WhatsApp outreach
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain AI and automation concepts in simple business terms
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured follow-ups
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Nice to Have
- Experience selling automation, AI, or tech services
- Startup or agency exposure
- Existing SMB or mid-market connections
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business platforms

- Consistent self-generated lead flow via email and WhatsApp
