Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development and Operations Executive at our Surat office. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. The role also includes planning and implementing business development strategies, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and fostering client relationships
- Proficiency in effective Communication and Business Strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Highly motivated and result-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
