Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development and Marketing position based in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, lead generation, conducting market research, and devising marketing strategies to strengthen the organization's presence. The role also involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, drafting proposals, and promoting the council's programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct effective Market Research
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Customer Service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Results-driven, with a passion for youth empowerment and community development
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in nonprofit or youth-oriented organizations is an advantage
