Strategic Growth Lead (AI Solutions)

The Opportunity

Our partner, a Series A-funded leader in LLM-powered voice AI, is redefining the future of customer engagement. We are looking for a high-impact individual to sit at the crossroads of Product, Business, and Strategy.

This is not a traditional sales role. We need an operator-mindset professional—someone who can navigate complex client ecosystems, translate ambiguous needs into structured solutions, and drive initiatives from discovery to high-scale execution.

What You'll Work On

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, deeply analyzing their business models to uncover growth opportunities that surface-level requirements miss.
  • Solution Architecture: Translate messy, ambiguous client needs into clear, structured initiatives, bridging the gap between business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Prioritization & Clarity: Bring order to fast-moving environments by focusing internal and external teams on the high-impact levers that drive real ROI.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Drive the lifecycle of an initiative from the initial whiteboard strategy phase through to technical delivery and performance scaling.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use business intuition backed by structured analytical frameworks to guide product direction and client strategy.

Who You Are

  • The Structured Thinker: You have a knack for simplifying messy problem spaces and making sound decisions even when information is incomplete.
  • The Accountable Operator: You thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup and take ownership of outcomes without waiting for a roadmap.
  • The Multi-Lingual Communicator: You are equally comfortable in a boardroom discussing P&L impact as you are in a technical sprint discussing API integrations.
  • The Curious Challenger: You naturally question assumptions and use data to find the why behind every business challenge.

Ideal Background

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Strategy Consulting, Product Growth, Partnerships, or Business Operations.
  • Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from a Tier 1 institution is preferred.
  • Environment: Experience in startups or high-growth tech where roles are fluid and execution speed is a competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Fluency: Demonstrated ability to work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering teams to build client-centric solutions.
