Role Description
We are looking for a full-time dynamic, high-energy Business Development & Sales Executive at our Hyderabad office (Head Quarter) who thrives on opening doors, building new relationships, and bringing brands on board across a wide range of industries. This role is focused on actively approaching new clients, pitching innovative ideas, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships across events and experiential campaigns. This role involves developing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and representing the company at client meetings and industry events. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with company goals is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new clients and brands across industries such as FMCG, automotive, telecom, retail, real estate, tech, and more
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to pitching and closing deals
• Pitch creative event concepts and customized experiential solutions aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to craft winning proposals
• Continuously explore new industries, categories, and networks to expand the client base
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the events/experiential marketing industry
• Proven ability to generate leads, approach new clients, and convert them into business across multiple industries
• Strong network of corporate clients, brands, or agencies is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and sell ideas, not just services
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
