We're Hiring: Business Development & Marketing Strategy Intern
Location: Vadodara (On-site)
Type: Internship (Stipend)
Duration: 3-6 months

Timing: 7 AM - 4 PM
Working days: Monday to Friday
At KCX, we're building in the FinOps space and helping businesses make smarter decisions around growth, efficiency, and value creation. We're looking for a Business Development & Marketing Strategy Intern who is proactive, curious, and excited to work directly on client acquisition and go-to-market initiatives.
What you'll work on
- Support business development efforts by identifying and researching potential clients
- Build and maintain lead lists, outreach pipelines, and prospect databases
- Assist in creating outreach strategies for partnerships and new business opportunities
- Contribute to marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and campaign ideas
- Help analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer segments
- Work closely with the team on growth experiments and client engagement initiatives
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 3rd year or final year from any discipline
- Interest in business development, sales, startups, and marketing strategy
- Comfortable with research, outreach, and structured follow-ups
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship/project experience in sales, marketing, or strategy is a plus, but not required
