Role Overview

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to support our Business Development and Market Research functions within the hospitality consulting industry. The roles involve market research, feasibility analysis, lead generation, client outreach, industry tracking, report preparation, marketing support and coordination of hospitality events and networking activities.

Roles & Responsibilities – Business Development Intern

1. Identify and connect with hotel owners, developers, investors, and landowners through research and outreach.
2. Support business development through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and meeting coordination.
3. Conduct market research on hospitality trends, tourism demand, competition, and development opportunities.
4. Assist in preparing research notes, presentations, pitch decks, marketing collaterals, and reports.
5. Manage data collection, trackers, documentation, and business development records.
6. Support social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and website updates.
7. Coordinate seminars, webinars, industry events, expos, award submissions, and networking activities.
8. Manage media and magazine outreach for articles, features, and brand visibility.
9. Work closely with the leadership team on ongoing assignments and weekly progress updates.

Requirements - Business Development Intern

1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic understanding of hospitality, real estate, or business development.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
5. Good research, presentation, and organizational skills.
6. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities – Market Research Intern

1. Assist in conducting primary and secondary research for site analysis, feasibility studies, and market assessments.
2. Research hotels, resorts, and hospitality developments to identify hospitality trends and opportunities.
3. Track industry trends, competitor projects, and market movements within the hospitality sector.
4. Analyze location dynamics, accessibility, competition, demographics, and demand drivers.
5. Support benchmarking, financial models, demand projections, and ROI estimations under guidance.
6. Assist in preparing professional reports, research documents, presentations, and client decks.
7. Compile regulatory, socio-economic, and market intelligence insights for new and redevelopment projects.
8. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and structured research outputs to support client and investor decision-making.

Requirements - Market Research Intern

1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management, economics, architecture, planning, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
3. Basic understanding of hospitality markets, feasibility studies, and market research.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools/databases.
5. Ability to interpret data, trends, and market insights effectively.
6. Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong presentation skills and a learning attitude.
