Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development & Growth Manager at our Ahmedabad office. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include implementing business strategies, managing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand the company's presence in the market. The Business Development & Growth Manager will also contribute to market research and help define long-term goals for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including identifying opportunities, prospecting leads, and maintaining client relationships
  • Strategic planning and market research abilities to identify trends and create growth strategies
  • Experience in sales management and contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client and partner relationships
  • Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Previous experience in design, architecture, or a creative industry is an advantage

For this role, we're currently working within a budget of INR 4,00,000/- per annum. It's a role with a relatively focused scope, so we're aligning it with someone earlier in their career stage.
