Job Description Business Development (AM / Manager)
Company: PropXLreight (mandate sales brand of Kribaga Realty Pvt. Ltd.) Location: VimanNagar, Pune Reporting To: Business Head / BD Head CTC: Up to 50,000 per month (based on capability and role fit)
Role Objective
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth by onboarding developer relationships, closing mandate opportunities, and building a high-quality sales pipeline aligned with the company's long-term revenue vision. This is a field-oriented, outcome-driven role, not a desk-bound position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Developer & Client Acquisition
Identify, engage, and onboard real estate developers for mandate and consulting assignments
Build and manage senior-level relationships (Owners, Directors, CXOs)
Lead negotiations on commercials, scope, and engagement structures
2. Mandate Closure & Deal Structuring
Pitch Kribaga Realty's mandate, consulting, and sales solutions
Drive deals from first meeting to formal sign-off with leadership alignment
Maintain closure discipline and documentation integrity
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track upcoming launches, land parcels, and competitive developments
Provide on-ground market insights to leadership for strategic decisions
Identify expansion opportunities across residential formats (high-rise, villas, plotted developments)
4. Internal Coordination
Act as the primary interface between developers and internal teams
Ensure smooth transition post-mandate closure
Maintain CRM hygiene, reports, and business trackers
5. Governance & Professional Conduct
Maintain strict confidentiality of business information
Represent the brand with commercial maturity and professionalism
Uphold ethical standards in all engagements
Experience & Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Experience: 58 years in real estate business development, mandate sales, or developer sourcing
Mandatory:
o Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid driving license
o Willingness to travel extensively for developer meetings and site visits
