Business Development - Adtech Industry

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad within the Adtech industry. The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building and maintaining client relationships. The role involves effective communication, client interaction, and the ability to analyze market trends to drive strategy and achieve business objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and leverage data for business strategy and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities for client engagement
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Expertise in Market Research to understand competitive landscapes and industry trends
• Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the Adtech or marketing technology industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
