Bright Light Film is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development professional to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and build strategic partnerships in the advertising, film production, and branding industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for ad film production, branding, and advertising projects.

Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Develop strategic partnerships and tie-ups with media agencies, advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, and creative agencies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brand managers, and marketing heads.

Understand client requirements and pitch relevant film production, advertising, and branding solutions.

Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into successful projects.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.

Explore new markets and opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Candidate Requirements

2- 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Media, Advertising, or Film Production.

Established network and relationships within the media and advertising industry.

Strong understanding of ad films, commercial production, branding, and creative services.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.

Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close business deals.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently developing business opportunities.
