Business Development / Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Domestic IT Staffing.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, portals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery.
• Handle end-to-end client management including empanelment, MSA, NDA, SOW, rate card discussions, and onboarding coordination.
• Work on contract staffing, permanent staffing, and project-based hiring requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms, billing rates, and closure of staffing deals.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Follow up on interview schedules, feedback, selections, onboarding, invoicing, and payment collections.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT staffing industry.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing/IT Recruitment Sales.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
• Expertise in client acquisition and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS clients and staffing portals is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts and delivery coordination.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms
