CRITI - ON Remedies Pvt Ltd. a leading pharmaceutical company dealing in super speciality, critical care. The company is based out in Noida looking for the efficient workforce excelled in pharma industry with the aim to expand business Pan India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive at CRITI - ON Remedies Pvt. Ltd. Location : Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Salary: 15k - 20k (Based on skills and experience) Negotiable

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for spearheading the development and growth of the business. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's business objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in business development, sales/marketing or related fields
Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharma or related fields.

Demonstrated experience in developing and managing a pipeline of business opportunities, from lead generation to conversion.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

Familiarity with the Indian pharmaceutical market, including regulatory and compliance requirements is preferred.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities and develop effective business strategies accordingly.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in digital marketing is plus.
