Business Development (2 to 3 years)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive – IT Service Sales to join our growing sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, or IT Services Sales.

Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.

Good understanding of the IT services industry and technology solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management abilities.

Ability to communicate with CXOs, business owners, managers, and technical decision-makers.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Strong follow-up and pipeline-management skills.

Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn, email marketing, and sales prospecting tools is an advantage.
