Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Developer (Online Bidder) based in Panchkula. The Business Developer is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through online platforms, conducting market research for potential clients, engaging and communicating effectively to build relationships, and initiating bids for projects. Additionally, the role includes managing customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional client service, and achieving sales targets for business growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and pursuing new business prospects
• Customer Service skills to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or similar is an advantage
• Prior experience in Web Development & Digital Marketing is preferable.
