We are looking for a experienced business development manager who is hardworking, smart ,good at dealing with clients and having good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's business and effectively communicate it to clients.
- Identify and pursue profitable business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Prepare business proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth.
- Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to services.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly business targets and KPIs.
- Contribute to revenue generation and long-term company growth.
