We are looking for a experienced business development manager who is hardworking, smart ,good at dealing with clients and having good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's business and effectively communicate it to clients.
  • Identify and pursue profitable business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Prepare business proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM systems.
  • Follow up on leads to convert them into business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth.
  • Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to services.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly business targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to revenue generation and long-term company growth.
