Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Developer, located in Uluberia-II. The Business Developer will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, providing strategic input to improve business processes, assisting with customer service, and ensuring the company's services meet client needs effectively. The individual will work closely with internal teams to innovate and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and business performance
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging clients and presenting proposals effectively
- Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and take proactive initiatives
- Prior experience in business development or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
