About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development within staffing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Identify and approach potential clients for recruitment and staffing services
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions
- Schedule meetings and deliver service presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in Business Development within a Recruitment/Staffing company
- Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Good understanding of IT & Non-IT hiring models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT staffing
- Knowledge of contract & permanent hiring models
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
