Job Summary
We areseekinga driven, self-motivated IT Business Developer to expand our company's clientele and revenue. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the sales cyclefrom prospecting to deal closurewhile building long-term client relationships. They willidentifynew opportunities, present IT service solutions, and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver value-driven proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Independently generate high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and lead generation tools.
- Market Analysis:Research market trends, competitor activities, andnew technologyareas toidentifypotential business opportunities.
- Sales & Pitching:Conduct client meetings, understand technical requirements, and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
- Relationship Management:Build andmaintainlong-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Deal Closure:Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring profitability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with marketing teams to support campaigns and with technical/product teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet client needs.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:2+ years of experience in IT services sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., software development, Cloud, AI, SaaS) to effectively position solutions.
- Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to prospective clients.
- Negotiation:Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Tools:Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
