Job Description

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify target markets, potential clients, and sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and approach potential clients to promote Zerozilla Infotech s products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Zerozilla s offerings.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.
  • Specifically target clients in India, Dubai, and the USA for business development.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and products offered by Zerozilla Infotech.
  • Provide clients with accurate and detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Team Collaboration and Development:
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide feedback and support to junior sales team members.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in IT staffing and project acquisition.
  • Knowledge of the Indian, Dubai, and USA markets.
  • Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region.
