Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive - Trainee for a full-time, on-site role located in Malappuram. The individual will be responsible for executing new business development strategies, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong professional relationships. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue prospective clients effectively.
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of renewable energy, particularly solar energy, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other business development platforms is a plus.
