Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Trainee located in Kerala, India. The Business Development Executive - Trainee will support new business development strategies by identifying and qualifying leads, managing business accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, building a pipeline of sales opportunities, and assisting in nurturing customer engagement to drive growth and meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of fundamental Business and market principles
  • Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
