About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Baked Moon Studio, a creative design agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings to promote our design services.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable creative/design solutions.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate data.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with the internal design and marketing teams to deliver client requirements.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of sales processes and client handling.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
