Business Development Executive – EdTech Sales
2–4 years experience | Gurgaon Sector-33 | Immediate joiners preferred
Are you someone who loves being in the field, has sold courses or programs before, and knows how to get the best out of a team We're hiring a BDE who can own lead generation, institutional outreach, and admissions — end to end.
What you'll be doing:-
- On-ground institutional outreach
- Visit colleges, universities, and institutes to build connections and generate qualified leads for course admissions.
- Lead management & counseling
- Handle walk-in, IVR, and digital leads. Counsel prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Team coordination
- Guide a small team of telecallers and counselors — assign leads, monitor follow-ups, and track daily performance.
- Reporting & CRM management
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM/MIS, track walk-in and admission conversion ratios, submit weekly reports.
We're looking for someone who
- Has 2–4 years in EdTech or course sales — and has actually closed admissions, not just generated leads
- Is comfortable visiting campuses and institutes independently to generate leads
- Has managed or mentored a small team — even 2–3 people counts
- Tracks their own numbers and is comfortable in a target-driven setup
- Can communicate confidently in Hindi and English, with working knowledge of CRM/MIS tools
Compensation & perks
Fixed salary -₹20K – ₹30K per month
High performer Up to ₹35K per month
