Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for market research, client outreach, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized facility management solutions aligned with client requirements will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in market research, client management, and business strategy development
• Ability to create and present compelling proposals and solutions
• Knowledge of facility management services and industry practices is advantageous
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant business software
• Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is preferred
