You will be working with Fusion Garments, the retail wing of Cotton Blossom, one of India's leading garment exporters. You will be developing domestic market through developing business with wholesalers, retailers and domestic brands.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai. This will be a predominantly desk job, to connect with the leads received through social media and B2B websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads generated through social media and B2B websites.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing heads to create effective strategies for lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Should be able to speak Hindi and English fluently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development or sales (2-5 years of experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
- Understanding of market research techniques and strategies.
