Business & Data Analytics Mentor (Interview Preparation Program)

About the Role
PW is launching a specialised Business & Data Analytics Interview Preparation Program. We are looking to onboard seasoned BA/DA professionals who can help learners become industry-ready through structured content delivery, mentoring, and interview-focused guidance.
You will use our prepared curriculum and contribute with your real-world experience to deliver practical, engaging, and market-driven learning sessions through recorded and live formats.
Key Responsibilities
Content Recording
- Record structured video lectures based on the provided curriculum
- (BA/DA fundamentals, case scenarios, tools, interview prep strategies).
- Ensure delivery is clear, methodical, and easy to follow.
Live Interactive Sessions
- Conduct 1–2 live sessions per week (adjustable).
- Explain core concepts using real-world case walkthroughs.
- Clarify learner doubts and facilitate active participation.
Mock Interviews & Practice
- Lead mock interviews (technical, behavioural, case-based).
- Share feedback to help learners refine communication and responses.
Industry Insight Engagements
- Conduct seminars/webinars on:
- Latest hiring trends
- Interview expectations
- Resume & ATS tips
- Role transitions and career pathways
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a:
- Business Analyst
- Data Analyst
- Product Analyst
- Consultant
- Expertise in:
- Requirement gathering & stakeholder management
- User stories, process flows & documentation
- Tools: Jira/Confluence, Excel/SQL basics, Miro, Lucidchart, BI dashboards
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Prior mentoring/training/teaching experience (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications:
- CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, CSM, PSM, PSPO, Agile/Scrum.
- Experience mentoring candidates for BA/DA interview prep.
- Exposure to hiring or interviewing in corporate/consulting roles.
- Experience with bootcamps, academies, or online learning programs.
- Familiarity with resume-building and interview readiness strategies.
- Ability to engage audiences across time zones.
- Workload Includes:
- Pre-recorded content (module-based)
- 1–2 live weekly classes
- Mock interviews & group facilitation
- Industry seminars / case discussions
