Role Overview

We are hiring four (4) Business Data Analysts-  one specialising in each domain below. You will bridge business and data: translating domain problems into analytical solutions on the SCIKIQ platform, designing KPIs and dashboards,data needs and partnering directly with enterprise clients in your area of expertise.

Required Skills

•  MBA from a Tier-1 / Tier-2 business school (mandatory) Exp. 4-6 years.

•  Strong, hands-on SQL (mandatory)

•  Working knowledge of data warehousing and BI, and/or Snowflake and/or Databricks

•  Requirements gathering and translating business questions into data solutions

•  KPI and metric design, dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud or equivalent)

•  Clear stakeholder communication and storytelling with data

Preferred Skills

•  Prior experience delivering analytics within the relevant domain

•  Exposure to data governance and data quality practices

Domain Tracks — One Hire Each

•  BFSI: Banking, financial services and insurance — risk, finance, regulatory and customer analytics.

•  Retail & E-commerce: Merchandising, customer, pricing, promotion and channel analytics.

•  Supply Chain & Operations: Inventory, procurement, logistics and operational performance analytics.

•  People & HR Analytics: Workforce, talent, attrition, productivity and HR operations analytics.

Key Focus Areas

•  Requirements to analytics translation

•  KPI and dashboard design

•  Domain-specific insight generation

•  Data validation and quality

Mandatory — Data Fluency

Strong, hands-on SQL is mandatory for this role, alongside a solid working knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence and/or Snowflake and/or Databricks. This is a hard requirement: it confirms the depth of data understanding we expect from senior leaders at SCIKIQ.

Preferred Background

• A degree from a Grade A / reputed college preferred

• Prior experience in a product company, SaaS company, enterprise software company, or data/AI platform company will be preferred

• Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, sound engineering fundamentals, and the maturity to work on enterprise-grade products
