Business Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will turn raw data into insights and actionable recommendations. Your analysis will help to drive service improvements, by identifying trends and issues within operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working in Power BI and other Power information platform applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Microsoft Power Platform applications - Power BI, Power Automate, and Apps etc.
• Convert raw data from various sources into insightful reports.
• Analyze the data to identify trends and opportunities, and present finding to clients.
• Highlight and investigate recurring issues and trends.
• Drive resource planning through historic data analysis and financial projections and forecasting.
• Perform data cleansing and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform project financial reconciliations.
• Deliver regular MI reporting, as well as working on ad hoc reporting requests and larger projects.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar Data Analyst role.
• Confident user of the Microsoft Power Platform - Power BI and Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Advanced user of Excel.
• Proven ability to identify trends and opportunities within data.
• Strong critical thinking, financial and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and commercially aware.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical groups at all levels.
