Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Apply statistical techniques, data modeling, and data mining to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities; explore AI/ML concepts where they add business value.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses, self-service reporting, and executive-ready insights to support timely decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and develop measurement frameworks.
- Analyze program adoption, transaction trends, and user participation; perform root-cause analysis and recommend improvements.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau or similar tools), ensuring data accuracy, validation, and clear metric definitions.
- Communicate insights through effective data storytelling and visualizations to influence business decisions.
- Support onboarding analytics and reporting to ensure smooth integration across digital platforms and workflows.
- Drive process improvements and change initiatives using data insights to increase adoption, reduce errors, and streamline operations.

Additional Information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with enterprise databases (e.g., SQL Server or similar); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query; macros are a plus).
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
