Business Data Analyst

Role: Business Data Analyst

Location: Pan India EXL Locations

Key Skills (must have): SQL, P&C, STTM, Insurance domain

Key Role and Responsibilities:

5 + years of work experience in large-scale Data applications doing Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Transformations.

o Experience in Snowflake, Any relational DB.

o Very good Verbal & Written communication & tracking skills. o SQL, business requirement gatherings, Source-to-target mappings (STTM) writing.

o Should have exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization from a different system.

o Experience with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C) Domain clients.

o Be a self-starter.

o Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals.
