Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business controlling activities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking
Act as a finance business partner to SBU, sales, marketing and supply chain heads
Drive gross margin improvement and cost efficiency projects across both Consumer business
Analyze pricing, promotions, trade spends, and product profitability. Monitors and co-steer discounts, schemes etc
Support strategic planning and investment decisions
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and various corporate standards released by Henkel
Provide insights for innovation business cases and product portfolio optimization
Drive Finance projects and various initiatives

Required Skills And Competencies

Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, FMCD, beauty, Pharma or B2C brands
Strong expertise in business controlling, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and sales finance
Hands-on experience in SAP and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools (Power BI etc) is a plus
Excellent analytical and commercial acumen with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic and cross-functional setup
Must be physically based Mumbai. Required to report to office regularly.
