Business Continuity Manager

BCM Developer

Looking for a BCM Developer with more than 5 years of experience to work on an advanced platform leveraging various modules, complex integrations, and AI.

- Experience in Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Management, Crisis Event Management, Exercises

- Good hands-on experience in Business Impact Analysis/Planning/Exercise, BIA templates, BIA lifecycles, Loss scenarios

- Configuration Knowledge of various workspaces : Impact Analysis, Plan, Crisis Events, Exercise

- Good knowledge of Flow Designer, Spokes, Actions

- Good knowledge of integrations

- Good knowledge of broader IRM applications and dependencies

- Should be comfortable with complex scripting following best practices to produce scalable and maintainable codes

- Should have experience working with ServiceNow Agile (Stories, Scrum Tasks) and maintain technical documentation.

- Possess strong communication skill to ingest requirements and discuss technical solutions
