Job Description:

Play a key part in supporting our consultants with client engagements across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with consultants to gather and document business requirements from clients through

interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

* Conduct research to understand industry trends, best practices, and potential solutions for

client challenges.

* Develop clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

* Create data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate findings and

recommendations to stakeholders.

* Participate in project planning activities and maintain project documentation.

* Assist with the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related fields such as Electronics,

Electrical & Telecommunication, or Computer Engineering.

* 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, or a closely

related role.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide

actionable insights.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, demonstrate adaptability, and perform effectively in a

fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

* Comfortable with and open to extensive travel, based on business requirements.
