About the Role

We are looking for a Business Consultant who can understand client requirements, recommend the right business solutions, and convert qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with founders, entrepreneurs, and MSMEs to understand their business needs.
• Recommend relevant services including business registration, compliance, certifications, government schemes, funding, accounting, digital marketing, and technology solutions.
• Handle inbound leads and conduct consultation calls.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up with prospects.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in business consulting, B2B sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Excellent Hindi & English communication required.
• Experience in startup/MSME, financial, consulting, or professional services is plus.
