Business Consultant (Operations, Distribution, NPD, ETO)

You will be enrolled in a rigorous training program followed by in-house certifications. In your first one or two assignments, you will work closely with a Lead Consultant. Later, based on your skill development, you will act as a Lead Consultant with the following responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop solution design along with subject area experts.
• Conduct buy-in sessions with senior / middle management.
• Manage, drive and lead the project in a functional area (production, distribution, sales, or projects) for getting the desired results.

Required Experience:

Engineer + MBA with total 4 - 7 years of experience in Operations, Distribution, NPD or ETO environments.

Qualification:

Full time MBAs (flagship courses from 2024, 2025 & 2026 batches) of below campuses:

• IIM – Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Indore, Lucknow
• ISB
• XLRI
• FMS Delhi

Compensation: Competitive salary as per the market
