Job Description

Job Title: Business Consultant

Location: Dadar/ Wadala

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Client Engagement: Work closely with the company's Founders and C-suite leaders to understand client challenges and craft strategic solutions that drive business growth.

Tailored Solutions: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless implementation of company's tools and insights to optimize client success.

Thought Leadership: Travel to the US for industry events, briefings & workshops, representing the company as a thought leader, sharing success stories, and positioning the company as an expert in RevOps and marketing tech.

Business Growth: Identify new opportunities to grow existing accounts, helping clients hit their KPIs and boost revenue through tailored strategies and data-driven insights.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on client needs and ensure smooth execution of strategies.

Client Success: Track and report on client outcomes, ensuring their goals are met, and continuously refining strategies for better results.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in consulting.
  • Expertise in developing tailored solutions and advising clients on the best go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders.
