Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Drive system enhancement initiatives and process improvement within Talent Effectiveness programs.
- Work closely with technical teams through various SDLC phases (requirement gathering, testing, implementation).
- Utilize AI and Copilot tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Support end-user training, change management, and post-implementation follow-ups.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with all internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or equivalent technical background.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Business / Functional Consultant or Systems Analyst role.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to AI tools, Copilot, or other automation platforms preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work occasionally on Saturdays
