Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Business Consultants, located in Maharashtra. The Business Consultant will work closely with Micro and Small entrepreneurs and business to provide strategic guidance, analyse business challenges, and recommend actionable solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing plans to address business needs, providing financial and operational advice, and fostering sustainable growth strategies for MSEs. The role will also involve impactful communication to ensure alignment and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in Business Consulting and
• Exceptional Communication skills in English and Marathi to interact with MSE stakeholders
• Foundational knowledge and expertise in Enterprise and business operations
• Understanding of MSE challenges and experience in supporting business expansion
• Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience in working with entrepreneurial or MSME ecosystems is a plus
