Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with strong client-handling acumen to understand and support our clients with unique and innovative data science solutions. As an Engagement Manager, you will lead a team of motivated individuals with varied domain expertise and will be accountable for planning, designing, executing, and implementing data-driven analytical solutions.
You will act as the face of the organization to the client, serving as a robust communication bridge between the client and the internal team. You must have the ability to identify strategic opportunities for clients and convert them into long-term engagements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Set and manage client expectations around the quality and timelines of data science solutions.
- Drive customer delight by delivering actionable insights.
- Act as a thought leader by proposing and implementing new ideas for both clients and Ganit.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity while representing Ganit's vision and capabilities.
- Solve complex business problems using conventional and next-generation data sources and advanced analytics techniques.
- Manage project teams, identify work breakdown structures, and ensure team alignment.
- Continuously challenge the status quo of projects to drive superior project outcomes.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Identify and explore profitable avenues and strategic growth opportunities for Ganit.
- Collaborate with Ganit's marketing and branding teams to build brand visibility.
- Propose cross-pollination ideas across accounts and internal subgroups.
- Manage revenue, profitability, and financial goals consistently.
- Quantify business value for clients and create win-win commercial propositions.
- Adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Master's Degree from a Tier 1 institute.
