The Business Consultant will be part of the central Strategy Team.

The role is designed for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and working closely with leadership to drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects end-to-end, including problem identification, data collection, hypothesis building, analysis, and recommendation development.
• Conduct detailed financial, operational, and market analysis to evaluate business opportunities, cost optimization levers, and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare compelling presentations, dashboards, and reports
• Support annual planning, budgeting, KPI setting, and performance review processes.
• Drive process improvement projects in manufacturing, inventory management, sourcing, and quality.
• Develop SOPs, frameworks, and analytical models to help the organization scale efficiently.

Required Qualifications

CA or MBA from a reputable institution.

3-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or a similar strategic role.

Exceptional proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ability to build financial models, dashboards, and structured analyses.

Strong communication skillsability to present clearly, defend insights with logic, and work confidently with senior leaders.
