- Build deep expertise in Blue Yonder SCM products and become end-to-end supply chain consultants.
- Implement BY solutions across key areas - Demand, Supply, Inventory, Replenishment, Distribution, Order Promising, and Integrated Business Planning
- Work with global customers and real-world, cutting-edge SCM platforms used by industry leading brands
- Learn from experts and gain strong hands-on experience in supply chain technology, analytics, and AI-driven solutions
Our Current Technical Environment
- We work on a modern cloud-native, microservices-based tech stack using Snowflake, Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Azure, Kafka, Spark, and modern data platforms.
What You'll Do
- Work with the project team to ensure seamless implementation of Blue Yonder solutions for global customers.
- Analyse large and complex supply chain data to uncover insights for demand forecasting and supply planning, advise customers on industry best practices.
- Act as a functional and analytical liaison: gather requirements, create functional specifications, configure BY solutions, perform unit testing, and support SIT/UAT cycles with customers
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to build and improve forecasting models, implement optimization algorithms to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levels.
- Present analytical results in a clear and meaningful way to stakeholders, identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure security and integrity of corporate assets, IP, and data, follow internal and external compliance policies and procedures
- Work with the project team to support smooth and efficient implementation of Blue Yonder solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- Specialization or academic background in IT, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research
- Understanding of core supply chain processes - demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution
- Proficiency in Python / R / SQL with hands-on experience in data analysis and applied statistics (regression, distributions, hypothesis testing, etc.) is a plus
- Exposure to machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering) and optimization techniques is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data insights into business actions
- Personal Competencies: o Ability to work both independently and in teams in a fast-paced consulting environment o High attention to detail and comfort working with large, complex data sets o Clear verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
