We're Hiring: Business Coach – Residential Sports Academy

We are looking for a strong, calm, and commercially driven Business Coach to lead one of our key Residential Academy campuses in Maharashtra.

This is a high-potential campus with 100+ residential player capacity, a strong football legacy, and the opportunity to become one of the most successful residential sports programmes in the region.

We need someone who can lead from the front — manage people, build trust with school leadership, support the coaching team, improve parent confidence, and drive campus growth.

This role is for a leader who understands that sports success is built not only on the field, but also through discipline, relationships, systems, and revenue growth.

You should be strong in:

⚽ Stakeholder management with schools and senior leadership

⚽ Team leadership and conflict handling

⚽ Football & Badminton programme understanding

⚽ Revenue growth through admissions, camps, events, and tournaments

⚽ Residential campus operations and hospitality

⚽ Calm decision-making under pressure

⚽ Data-driven planning and reporting
