We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Bidder / Upwork Bidder who can generate high-quality leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth through both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
As a Business Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding portals. You will manage the complete bidding process — from identifying projects and writing proposals to client communication and deal closures.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, inbound and outbound sales, and understanding client requirements in the IT/software domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelance platforms
- Write customized and winning proposals based on client requirements
- Generate leads through inbound and outbound sales strategies
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and calls with potential international clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution understanding and project estimations
- Maintain lead data, sales pipeline, and sales activities in CRM tools
- Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and project conversion
- Research market trends, competitors, and client requirements
- Explore new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
