Job Description

Location: Chandigarh

Work Mode: Hybrid (Office visit required 2–3 times a week)

Experience: 2–5 Years (Upwork & IT Sales Experience Required)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000/month (Based on experience and skillset)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday | 5.5 Days Working)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Bidder / Upwork Bidder

who can generate quality leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to

business growth through both inbound and outbound sales strategies.

Role Overview

As a Business Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities

through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding portals. You will

handle the complete bidding process — from identifying projects and writing proposals to

client communication and deal closures.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation,

inbound & outbound sales, and understanding client requirements in the IT/software

domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelance platforms
  • Write customized and winning proposals based on client requirements
  • Generate leads through inbound and outbound sales strategies
  • Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings/calls with potential international clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution understanding and estimations
  • Maintain lead data, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and project conversion
  • Research market trends, competitors, and client requirements
  • Explore new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, and

networking

✅ Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT bidding and business development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Upwork bidding
  • Experience in both Inbound and Outbound Sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of web development, mobile apps, SaaS, AI solutions, and

software services

  • Experience with proposal writing and client handling
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a hybrid work setup
  • Experience with international clients is a plus
